Globe Poster Printing

A Baltimore staple and tradition, Globe Poster Printing has existed in the city for nearly 80 years. The Cicero brothers have been grabbing your attention with their large scale posters printed with day glow inks (originally made from fish scales in the 50s) and bold typography for 35 of them.  Their work is instantly recognizable and heralds back to earlier days of graphic design. MICA alumnus and professor Joe Galbreath has worked with closely with Globe as a historian and printer. He established a relationship between printers and the university that will hopefully last for years to come.  Please read this great article from the Baltimore City Paper for a more in-depth overview.
